Thanks for the idea. Just the other day I stumbled into a Kiwi real 
estate site, but got no where. Will try again. How's the weather and 
medical care. Not looking for $$, besides if I just get a chance to 
finish my leetle book, it will go else where.  Making some prints of 
artwork—they will go away too. Again, many thanks,  mm
