[AGL] troops ready, but israel bets on air power

Michelle-- Actually, this is one of the first articles I've read that 
attributes to Israel's army any clear plan of attack rather than just 
blowing things up and killing civilians. I still don't understand why they 
did as much destruction of the state of Lebanon and its infrastructure as 
they have done so far. It their goal is to help Lebanon to reconstruct 
itself as a "real state" like Syria, I don't think they will be successful 
unless they show more humanitarian concern for the people of Lebanon.
