Gerry, I really haven't been keeping up, having become a raving
Independent, but on thee local level, a couple of promising young Demos
have won in the Primary, one on the County Comissioners (do they still
call it Commissioners Court?) and one who won in a special election to
the State Leg over a connected, funded Repuglycan. When the people
lead, the leaders will follow. twisty
