we also have two old John Deere tractors, circa 1936 and 1958. We are probably going to try to sell those.
The old Allstate belongs to a collector who stored it in our barn about 25 years ago. (It, and a tractor, was holding up the barn). He won't give it up, but will partner with someone to restore for investment.
I did google up a good web site

lots of good pics. The big Kaisers (Manhattan) had some nice design lines, and there was a little sports car (Darrin) with a 'pocket door' innovation. They were all exclusive to the early fifties.

There is likely a to be a collector out there somewhere who would pay a small fortune for it. Collector's dream, found abandoned in an old barn, little rust, well-preserved, etc. When new they proved to be turkeys, an early attempt at a smaller, lighter car...like the Nash Rambler and the Willis Aero...didn't stay in production very long. Look it up on Google.
If I were you I would roll it outside, clean it up a bit and photograph it. For a trial run you could run it on e-bay with a high reserve and see what kind of price it would attract.
I would advise against trying to restore it yourself, very costly and demanding experience.

Subject: [AGL] Can you name this car?
We just unearthed it from a dilapidated old barn.
