I'd be guessing, but I remember in 1997 there was a trend towards guerrilla
theater at UT. I got involved with it in Wisconsin and did a few skits at UT
while I was hanging out there in 66-67 waiting for my date with the draft
board. Two or three of these shots could be some dramatic skit, but it looks
more sex-role than anti-war oriented, which was what a lot of the skits
performed in those days were about. Send some more-- it's fun just guessing.
And didn't UT youth look wholesome and well-groomed in those days, even with
their shirts off? Even John Clay looked good!

t;Does anyone remember enough of the mid 1960s to tell my what these
>photos are about? It seems to be some kind of skit on the west mall
>of the UT campus. Probably 1966, maybe 1967. John Clay, Jeff Shero
>and Gary Thiher are in one or more of these photos, but I have no
>idea what the skit is. Or what's going on here. Is this when Thiher
>was running for student body president? Who are these women bowled
>over by Jeff Shero's physique?
