Last night on one of Dan Patrick's radio stations they were talking 
about Montgomery County CMS comments regarding the ten counties struck 
by the power outages. They were saying mostly rich people lived in 
those area, not terrorists, and you should carefully watch your 
neighbors especially foreigners or minorities, if you expected to be 
air conditioned all summer. Sounds to me like it must have come from 
the CMS homeland security boss.
