Just saw Billy Jim on channel 11 and heard him on 13 speaking for Montgomery County CMS, the power is off in eight counties from an explosion at the power station in Willis. Good thing Billy got all that practice at those sessions in Austin, almost makes me feel safe..... wish i had some pictures
