There are two kinds of ham that you can get at the store or where ever you
get ham. You can as we have done go and shoot ferel hogs and then clean and
do that to get your ham. Ham being the ham part of the hind leg usually.

1/2 cup of chopped Bermuda onion, 1/3 cup chopped green onion. 1 cup red
bell pepper chopped, 1 cup of celery, 2 tbl spoon butter, 1 1/2 flour and
butter for a paste, 12 ounces of apricots chopped and cooked into a sauce or
use nectar (can), 1 tsp fresh prepared mustard, tbl spoon white wine
1/4 cup tomato paste, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 cup apricot preserves, salt and
pepper.

Aloha:
Igor
