The decline in suicide bombing deaths could have two or more causes: one,
the Palestinians are getting more peaceful and considerate of Israeli human
life. Two, the Israei self-defense system, border checks, the "wall," etc.,
actually works-- at least on one level, by keeping bombers out of Israel..
On the other level, people around the world see Israeli self-defense as
brutal and inhumane, rather than simple self-preservation.
