Yes, but I dont think there is a moontower there. Hancock goes up a
steep hill westward and terminates. From there one sees an
enormous tract of untouched countryside directly below and stretching
to far away. I've looked at an Austin city map which sort of explains
how this could be. Hershey had discovered it somehow and was
eager to share the experience.
