reading this Ha'aretz article, I found the specificity
of Israeli and Palestinian Authority contacts rather
surprising.

including the throwaway fact that that Israeli supplies=20

fuel trucks are NEVER attacked by Hamas or
other groups. lots of biz goes on conducted by=20
businessmen and thieves on both sides.=20
its a strange weird world out there and sordid=20
but not all of it is sordid
