I spoke to Pete Szylagi this morning and he called John Kelso and old friend of ours and Robert's. John will write the obit in the Statesman. He knew Robert well and this afternoon Kelso and I shared a few outrageous stories and had a few  laughs which is the way Burns would have wanted it to be. The Seguin paper will also have a front page story tomorrow.

There will be a gathering on the creek behind Burn's house in Seguin at 10 AM Saturday. The creek that Burns spent a great deal of time and energy saving. If you go to Robert's web site www.robert-a-burns.com you will see a plethora of things that came from his genius.
