Pho sure doesn't look like a chain operation...

Wayne,
My favorite food at Pho is to order two steamed shrimp spring rolls with a tablespoon of peanut dipping sauce for lunch. Yummy. It's low calroie enough for me to add one miniature dark chocolate Hershey bar from the Texaco station next door. My two strapping six-foot thirty-something sons can barely finish the generous bowls Igor mentioned. The place is a block from my apartment, a dozen or so eating places are within two blocks, but I still mostly eat at home. I like El Rancho out on S. Lamar even if Matt is dead and gone. The regular dinner is not that outlandishly oversized. I am a sucker, though, for a basket of chips and a few bowls of salsa.
