Whew,
It's about time that there was some comeuppance on this abomination of drug arrests.
Perry did one thing right with the pardon. Wonder if the City of Dallas will settle with the migrant laborers on whom they planted ground up sheetrock filling as cocaine to secure convictions and make their funding look well spent.
