Traffic ticket

[Igor Loving]

Some sort of round decal on the door which i didn't see too well 
and they had black patches with white writing that said United
States something...it was snowing and cold so I just did what 
they said and showed them the junk in the back, oil cans STP
rope, jack, old candy wrappers...
