The "Classical" match-up is: one from the East or NE and one from the =
South or SE. Kerry would be "balanced" by having either Clark, from =
Arkansas or Edwards from SC. This is often talked about, most famously =
when Johnson became Kennedy's Veep after a tumultuous convention. =20
Clark has going for him his (outside of the Pentagon) impeccable =
military credentials and Edwards has really good teeth.
