anti-spam note for the needy and the nerdy

The antispam measures on my Mozilla email reader are 2 in number.
The optional antispam heuristic bundled in the email reader itself, and
an offsite so-called proxy server with its own heuristic (SAProxy is
the name of that program and it is available free at http://bloomba.com).
It runs your email through their program before forwarding it to your
INBOX.

The accuracy is currently 99%+, the SAPRoxy program detects about
85% of the little bastards, the email reader's spam detection algorithm
the other 15%.

For POP email only.
