more on SPAM fighting but only if your email is POP email

I just upgraded my Mozilla browser/email reader.

this is version 1.4 which you can download from
the top page of http://www.mozilla.org

it turns out that the email reader has a built-in
antiSPAM heuristic. it self-improves its algorithm by
prompting the user to confirm that a particular 
email in the INBOX is to be considered spam and
databased.

so i now have 2 anti SPAM devices. there is the
offsite proxy Spam Assassin POP3 Proxy at 
http://www.bloomba.com and the built-in feature
in the Mozilla email reader itself.

this report only applies if your email is POP email
(POP is an internet protocol predating the rise
of Web pages) 

so how is it working? way much better. it is
at least 80% effective for the massive spam
being sent my way.
