Power Company Switch Advice Needed

Friends,
It has been on my mind to change power companies, but haven't done it yet. Does anyone know anything about Green Mountain, specifically, is there any reason NOT to switch to Green Mountain? They are 100% wind? or is that not true. What Wall Street company is it that actually owns Green Mountain, Amway?
With the natural gas crisis upon us, it would definitely be a good idea to get away from any company that depends on natural gas for home electricity supply.
