Wayne-- Actually  Paraguay is a hotbed for terrorists right now, with plenty 
of Al Quaida and Hezbolla operatives in attendance. These guys would be glad 
to put a few bullets in Saddam as well. Despite the fact that Bush keeps 
trying to link Saddam with the international terrorist movement,  they don't 
really like him either. None of Osama's comments on the Iraq situation, for 
instance, talk about Saddam at all--they only mention the Iraqui people. 
Ironically, among  the prime beneficiaries of an all out bloody war with 
Iraq would be terrorists, who would then really be able to get sympathy for 
their campaign against Satanic America.
