Michael-- I would recommend the introduction to the reading process from my
anthology on the history of the short story "Web of Stories." (available at
amazon.com. I am also very fond of my work on an older book "Writing as
Revelation", alo listed on Amazon erroneus under my wife's name. Also, the
intros on reading and writing about fiction in "Imagining Worlds" are both
quite good. But I insist that you buy them-- after all, you savaged my
poem-- why should I help you in any way?
Oh yes-- Mike, believe it or not, I bought all my realestate with my own
money-- my parents wouldn't give me a cent. Can you say the same? Whose
money bought your condo?

Jon
