Happy Turkey day in Turkey pour ainsi dire! Do you 
and the missus have a favorite Istanboul restaurant 
you're going to today?

here in Austin the Central Market is selling lots 
of turduckens said to be very tasty. this is a turkey 
stuffed with a duck which in turn is stuffed with a 
chicken

didnt someone have fun in inventing this term!
