even odds

Jim-- even odds is about right-- I just hope we get lucky and Saddam  
complies with the mandate for inspections and removal or destruction of evil 
weapons of mass destruction (assuming he's got any, which he prbably does). 
This would have to be under the assumption that Saddam is totally sane and 
interested above all in self-preservation-- but from  what recent 
biographies and his erratic behavior tell us, the man is a psycho deluxe! 
And then there's Bush-- how sane is he? Marginal, at best--
