>From the coordinated campaign headquarters today, I heard that the DNC (Terry McAuliff) has 10,000 lawyers on standby. Poll watchers have been trained all over the country (both Dem and Repub). The local precinct chairs are disallowing spanish-speaking to voters, even though they may need instructions in spanish, because they fear the the translators will tell the voter who to vote for, along with how to cast the vote on the little machine. The fight has just begun, look forward to sticky wickets everywhere, which I heard George may be the one to watch.
Re-counts may not be the issue this time, but who was allowed into the poll, voter eligibility, etc.... already being contested in some places.
Anybody else heard anything?
Connie
