Yeah, yeah!
And like Dead Dog Cave, which in 62', I recall, was quite a trip north =
from campus, like Threadgill's was. It's now, I've been told, UNDER THE =
PARKING LOT OF THE LUBYS CAFETERIA AT STECK & MOPAC!!! No, I'm afraid =
such a project would be too, too sad an undertaking. Unless, unless... =
such a project could produce targets for a renewed BM outreach program.

No, but I have a suggestion re an Austin history project that I'm too =
lazy and disorganized to pursue my own dang self. Howsabout a =
buildings/building sites bunch of like transparency overlays/imagings of =
what used to be where, e.g., what was the bar name during what years, =
who played there or lived there, exact address then & now, folkloric =
events, etc. For example, I was told that the site of the Genl. Svcs. =
Abomination is now more or less at the site where the funky bar at which =
Ed Guinn accidentally squashed the hostile cedar chopper was also the =
place where some group called the G. Wheels Skiffle (a real word) Band =
used to play shortly after the place had been a peckerwood watering =
hole, which is why the guy hassled Ed in the foist place. Etc. N.O. =
Club??? U.C. Hall? Original S. Pub? Sabine St. Hippieplex? Xtian =
Faith & Life Commune? [See Harry E.] D. Taylor residence just N. of =
Capitol?????????????? On & on, as some of y'all are mature enough that =
absolutely positive shonuff memories can be flawed, though the mammaries =
were flawless.
Forgive me! I dunno whut came over one! Must be Satan again.
