Has anyone noticed that no mention has been made, nor has there been any
quote from our vice-president. The last word was that during Bush's
speech a week ago Cheney was being put in an undisclosed location (in
case the bad guys killed everybody from Bush on down?). I have done a
few searches and - nothing much comes up except that Karl Rove was
"livid" about Cheney's grandstanding account of the day of the disaster.

Meanwhile, Ashcroft is being quoted at least a dozen times a day. It
appears that he is in charge, or at least second-in-command?

Curious.
