It seems to me that the test of a "just" war is simple: Have you =
been attacked in your own territory? Are you likely to be attacked =
again? Are your people - your extended family - in danger? If we are =
unwilling or unable to defend ourselves then we are too weak to survive =
as a culture, much less as a world leader.

As for "America's New War": it seems to me we are fighting the wrong =
country altogether. If we are at war with any actual state it seems =
