Jon.  "Roof rats" are a definite problem in your neck of the woods.  Always
fighting to keep 'em out of our house in Redwood City and PA had a virtual
plague of them at one time.  I suggest either: ferrets or cobras as a
solution.

Squirrels in the attic? I thought it was rats in mine! I fear no damn
