Warning or booting?

I agree pretty much with Dian. The most important issue is, that people
have the right to vote on booting--it's fine to have Mike send out
"warnings," but before we boot someone,a majority of those voting in an
agreed upon period of time should be required. That's how democracy
works.Mike might be a saintly guy, but (some) power needs tobe in the hands
of the people!
