We have a modification to motion condition #3 that
instead of a 'warning' that the standard notice should
include 'booting' for excessive gabbing of
insubstantially supported theories and the like.

Clarification.  This is a vote for or against the
above CHANGE (submitted by Shero) to the original
motion condition #3.
