Can I be a "right-thinking citizen of the Chili Empire."

I recently posted the following to another list, even before Jim Bob invoked
the name of Joe Bob:

well before 9-11, FEMA was granted broad new powers and budget to combat
domestic terrorism. Albaugh arrived in New York City on 9-10.<
