[ARGUS] GitHub repos for argus-v5 archived

Gentle persons,
As announced earlier, we’ve archived the legacy argus-5.0 / argus-clients-5.0 repositories on GitHub.
The argus and argus-clients are upgraded to v5 and is version of the main branches.
I will keep argus-5.0 and argus-clients-5.0 archived for 3-6 months and then delete the repos …
Unless, of course there is some issue !!!
