[ARGUS] Argus-5.0 repo on GitHub

Gentle people,
I uploaded argus-5.0 to its own public GitHub repository to make it available for simple testing.

Because this version of argus is not compatible with argus-3.x, you will need an argus-5.0 client to check its output.
I’ll have an initial testing release of the clients up later this week.

Any testing on compiling, on your various platform will be most appreciated !!!
Any issues, just fire off to this list … and I’ll try to correct, post haste !!!!
