[ARGUS] Argus-5.0 server and clients - almost ready

Gentle people,
I have the argus and argus-clients release candidates for argus-5.0 ready to go …
I would like to figure out a good way to offer it on GitHub.

Is this a release within the public argus repo, or is this a separate repo.

For those on the list that have a git opinion, I would love to hear your thoughts  opinions / comments / suggestions.
