Hey Ali,
Does this filter work for you ??

   ra -r argus.file - dur lt 1.0

This should print the flow records that have a duration less than 1.
If you want to exclude flow records that have a 0 duration, you can use this.

  ra -S argus.server - dur gt 0.0 and lt 1.0
