[ARGUS] Installing argus on Centos 8

After ensuring I have install the gcc compiler, and the three required packages libpcap,  bison and flex, I downloaded and extracted argus from http://qosient.com/argus/src/argus-3.0.8.2.tar.gz.
I executed the following commands:./configuremakemake installHowever when I try to run argus I get command not found, I am not sure what I am missing, can someone guide me please.
