argus-server streaming return failed

Hi Eric,
I tried the command (% sudo bin/argus -D4 -i eno3  -w argus-udp://a.b.c.d:1235)
, it works.
But it output close log when it running, then it still running.

so, the conclusion is,
if  the -D option is used. it works (seems close and auto restart).
if unused that it stop and output failed No such file or directory.
