Default ARGUS_FLOW_STATUS_INTERVAL=5 ?

Hi Carter!

What's up with the time period of the flushed lines for long-lived flows?
I have not set any ARGUS_FLOW_STATUS_INTERVAL at all, so it should default 
to 60 seconds according to the comments in argus.conf.
However, the flows seem to be flushed every 5 seconds...

Have you changed the default to 5 instead of 60 seconds? (I see the 5 
second resolution in my logs from yesterday as well, so this change must 
be old, probably changed in 2014 or earlier)
