argus-server, ra utility filter problem on amd64 arch

It could be 32 vs 64-bit arch …  argus-3.0.8 has a lot of bug
fixes, and deals with more architectures, may solve your
problem.

We won’t make any changes to earlier argi versions, so
give the newer code a try.
