Encountering argus-3.0.8.2.rc.2 build (make) error

I confirm this on Ubuntu:

make[1]: Entering directory `/home/so/argus-test/argus-3.0.8.2.rc.2/argus'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `ArgusNetflow.o', needed by 
`../bin/argus'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/so/argus-test/argus-3.0.8.2.rc.2/argus'
