ArgusInterface timestamps out of order

Hey Carter,
I'm running this on Linux 2.6.32-431.1.2.0.1.el6.x86_64, the link is 10G
and the network is running around ~1Gb/s.  Argus was keeping up for quite
some time, but I'll reset the DAG card and see if that has any effect.
