hi Carter,

I just realized why country(sco, dco) working while asn(sas, das) doesn't
return any data, it seems for country labelling we don't need to compile
argus clients with geoip since it only labels using those ascii files from
arin/apnic/etc while I need geoip to be in for the asn lookup.
