new release candidates on the server

Gentle People,
I’ve uploaded argus-3.0.8.rc.5.tar.gz and argus-clients-3.0.8.rc.1.tar.gz to the developers
site, and updated the latest to point to these files.

All bugs fixed, and these should be ready to go.  If you could download and take a look,
all would be most appreciated.  argus-3.0.8 will differentiate filter compile failures and
report syntax errors, compiler timeout errors, and generic errors.  Compiler timeout is
now set to 1.5 seconds.

If you run into issues with man pages, usage() output (ra* -h) or any bug that you find,
if you could send some email quickly, all would be appreciated.
