argus-clients-3.0.7.31 fixes sasl issues

Gentle people,
I’ve uploaded a working argus-clients-3.0.7.31 that fixes
all the sasl problems that were reported.  If you were having
sasl issues, please give this version a try.

I’ve fixed all the compiler warnings in this version,
which was the process that broke the sasl code.  If
you are looking for the  most stable etc… give this version
of the clients a try.
