Argus, CPU load and threading

Hi Jesse,

The box is running

OS: Ubuntu 12.04.4 x86_64
NIC: Intel Corporation 82599EB 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+

No special drivers
Not any particular performance tuning other than the -S 5 option to 
argus, mostly to prevent Argus from eating excessive amounts of RAM when 
it's trying to cope with a syn-flood DDoS.
