ragraph 3.0.8 patch: disable rrdtool watermark option, vers + man page fixes

Attached is a patch for argus-clients' ragraph which does the following:

+ Adds option -norrdwmark to remove the standard rrdtool watermark from the graph image. 
+ Adds option -norrdwmark to the man page.
+ Corrects a few typos in the man page.
+ Corrects ragraph's internal version number to 3.0.8
