argus 3.0.7.3 and argus client 3.0.7.11

hi Carter,

I prepare to upgrade argus on my bivio box(192.168.10.10) and client
host(192.168.10.30), however I run into this issue.

On bivio box -

It doesn't matter what I try, the client can't connect to the argus server.

If you still remember about last year where I was setting up argus on
bivio, the previous version doesn't have such issue. Both argus and its
clients are compiled with debug enabled.
