Error Starting Argus Daemon

Good morning,
We are using gcc (v4.6.3).
I changed argus.conf to have ARGUS_DAEMON=no.
I then re-ran argus with: /opt/csw/bin/sudo /usr/local/sbin/argus -D 8 -F /etc/argus.conf
The command line output looks the same to me:
