argus compile with pf_ring support

I have ARGUS installed in /opt/RDGargus and PF_RING installed in
/opt/RDGpfring. I needed to add -lpfring as well:

./configure --prefix=/opt/RDGargus LDFLAGS=-"L/opt/RDGpfring/lib -lpcap
-lpfring" LD_RUN_PATH=/opt/RDGpfring/lib

The -L and LD_RUN_PATH are probably needed only for my unusual library
location.

You'll also need to be using a PF_RING-aware network driver to get the
full benefit.

Best Wishes,
Chris
