rasqlinsert password

I did. It has this:
rasqlinsert -m none -r file -w mysql://user@localhost/db/table
There's no password in there.
After trying some things I got info on the console that seemed helpful.
dbUrl: mysql://[user[:pass]@]host[:port]/db/table
So I tried this:
rasqlinsert -Z b -F rasqlinsert.conf -r
/path/to/argus/files/2012-10-15/argus.log.2012-10-15.16\:00\:00.bz2 -w
mysql://user:pass@buttercup4.utdallas.edu/databasename/tablename
And got this:
rasqlinsert[2674]: 2012-10-16 15:59:44 mysql_connect error Unknown MySQL
server host 'pass at buttercup4.utdallas.edu' (0)
Do I need to enclose user and pass in quotes? escape the @?
I'm running 3.0.4.1 on FreeBSD.
